Our Helpdesk runs on a coin payment system. There are two types of coins: GREEN and RED.

1. RED coins are prepaid funds that have a monetary value of 10€ per coin. These can be bought in bulk at a discounted price in our online shop or through your Helpdesk account. RED coins can be converted to GREEN coins if necessary.
2. GREEN coins are a special type of coin that are given to users that possess an FLEX or X17 MASTER tool. MAGICMOTORSPORT grants these MASTER users 30 GREEN coins a month that can be used for specified services.

These GREEN coins cannot be converted into RED coins or be accumulated over time and their amount will automatically be reset to 30 at the beginning of each month.
