TCU Manager UI Improvements:
Log compressing system: we have implemented a simple function to compress the logs to be able to send them directly to our Tech Support team.
- MAGPro2 TCU GUI: Dutch Language added!

- MAGPro2 TCU GUI: Swedish Language added!
New Services Available by MMS Helpdesk:
(Beta) Magic Support Tickets enabled: in order to improve the ticket response time and the quality of the support system, we have created a new Ticket category, named « Magic Support« . It will automatically answer known issues and take care of the FAQ.
It will be improved over time thanks to the installation of a new technology in our Helpdesk system, which can recognize these known issues and submit an answer automatically in the shortest time possible, just based on the compressed log folder.
Manual Finder system: we have now enabled a better manual search system between TCU Manager and the Helpdesk
